Yogvedant Poddar, Founder of ArtRight, comes from a business family and holds a background in finance and marketing, with a master’s degree from IE Business School, Madrid. During his time abroad, he identified a crucial gap — while India was rich in talent, it lacked a premium, homegrown art supplies brand that empowered its creators. This realization, paired with a passion for entrepreneurship and art, sparked the idea of ArtRight.
Founded in 2021, ArtRight was born with a purpose: to offer artists across India access to thoughtfully curated, handcrafted tools — made by artists, for artists. More than just products, it was about building a community — a vibrant, creative ecosystem where Indian talent could flourish, be appreciated, and thrive.
Yogvedant envisions ArtRight as a global one-stop solution for premium art supplies, with a mission to democratize access to high-quality tools and transform art from a passion into a professional pursuit. His goal is to empower students, hobbyists, and professionals alike — while supporting artisans behind the scenes with advanced tools, training, and global opportunities.
But ArtRight is only one part of the vision.
In 2022, Yogvedant launched Studio Yogvedant, a separate vertical born from the same creative spirit. Specializing in large-scale bespoke art installations for residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces, the studio translates art into immersive spatial experiences — across mediums like relief work, metal, clay, and folk art. It’s an entirely different market, yet shares the same ethos: creating art that inspires, transforms, and lasts.
At the heart of everything Yogvedant builds is a singular belief — that art deserves to be more than admired; it deserves to be lived, supported, and shared.
